We are very excited to welcome you to the site of our future MVSD District Office & Green Space today! Our event will take place, rain or shine.
Due to the forecast showing light showers during our event, we do want to remind everyone that:
- 👟 Athletic, closed-toe and flat shoes are mandatory for this event
- We recommend everyone bring a jacket and or umbrella, as you see necessary.
Mountain View School District families are invited to join us on Wednesday, October 21, from 4:30–6:00 p.m. for a special Ribbon Cutting & Dedication celebrating our future MVSD District Office and green space at the Voorhis Property!
Come explore this new place to gather, move and belong, featuring a new walking path and grass field for our MVSD students and families to enjoy. The celebration will include:
- 🎀 Ribbon Cutting & Dedication
- 🎶 Student Performances
- 🚶 Tours of the Future District Office
- 🥤 Aguas Frescas

👟 Athletic shoes are required; please no high-heeled shoes.
🚗 Street parking will be available, with additional parking at Baker Elementary and shuttle drop-offs.
